WCCED is a not-for-profit Local Development Corporation created by the Town and Village of Webster, the Webster Central School District, The Village of Webster Business Improvement District (BID) and the Webster Chamber of Commerce. WCCED is governed by a Board of Directors representing leadership stakeholders in various facets of economic development, both public and private.
